Juliana Carver - Meeting at Johns Hopkins Hospital

On January 4, 2016 we had another meeting at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Days earlier we found out Juliana has a "lesion" on her rib. We are hoping it's not new cancer in a new place.

On January 8, 2016 she is having a biopsy of the "lesion."

We, also, received an email from our contact in Minsk Belarus. This is what the email said:

" I'm very sorry, but Irina did not come in touch with Dr. Anna Zborovskaya. I do not know the reason. Maybe Irina (Juliana's birth mother) offended, do not get her a trip to the United States?
Irina does not respond to my attempts to contact her. It goes from the contact. Dr. Zborovskaya said that the donor can only be voluntary. The fact that Irina does not come to contact with the doctor Zborovskaya, I regard as her reluctance to be a donor."

We are finalizing and translating a letter we are sending to Juliana's birth mother begging her to help us and donate bone marrow for Juliana.
