Chair Yoga for Better Posture

Hours at the computer got you slouched and slumped? This Chair Yoga practice begins with 35 minutes of seated movements that open the shoulders, loosen the spine, and open the chest. Less than 15 minutes is spent doing a few chair-supported standing twists, before the practice winds down with some seated stretches again.
Great for seniors, desk workers, and anyone who wants to feel more refreshed!
