Gentle Yoga with the Neck in Mind

Learn how to move and hold your neck in it's optimum alignment no matter what position you're in! This full length yoga practice starts with a reclined series to gently loosen and move the shoulders and spine before we sit and mobilise the neck in every way it can comfortably move. Then you'll practice a couple standing poses, a cobra pose, and a seated twist and forward bend all while keeping mindful of your neck's position.
