Creative Core Strength Challenge

Small variations in your practice provide more challenge, greater feedback, and are a fun way to keep learning. In this video I explore moving while balanced over a log, wobbles and wiggles included! You can get a similar effect practicing these movements over a cylindrical bolster or a long foam roller.
If you're new to these movements try them while lying flat on the back to familiarize yourself with the muscular effort needed to maintain pelvic stability.
