CONTAGION IS SPREADING! Zillow Stock Crash just the Beginning.

Zillow's 35% stock crash could be the start of something much bigger. Will financial contagion spread and result in a Stock Market Crash and Housing Crash?

It's been a rough 10 days for Zillow. First they announced that they were shuttering their Zillow offers program and no longer buying homes in America's Housing Market. Next they ended up taking huge losses on these homes in markets like Phoenix, Dallas, and Atlanta. Then they revealed that they were laying off 25% of their workforce and their stock price declined by 35%.

Who could have seen this coming? Well...I did. 6 Weeks ago on this channel I put out a video called 'Profit from the 2021 Housing Crash' where I described why I think Zillow was overvalued and their stock price will crash. In the video I explained that Zillow's home buying program was taking big losses and would cause issues for the company.

But I don't believe the problems stop with Zillow. Zillow, and their CEO Richard Barton, have access to more data on the US Housing Market than anyone else. Their abrupt exit from the 2021 Housing Market is a sign that US Housing Market Bubble could turn into a Housing Market Crash very soon. And when it does there might be other real estate companies that could have similar issues. One of which is Opendoor.

Opendoor is the largest iBuyer in America, buying, selling, and flipping even more homes than Zillow. Interestingly, Opendoor's stock price has continued to rise over the last six months even as Zillow's decline.

Could Opendoor be the next real estate company to have significant issues? And a big stock price decline?
