Located in the Pian di Marte near Lake Trasimeno, this beautifully restored 17th century stone farmhouse with two barns and the possibility to build a third is tucked away in the Umbrian hills on the border with Tuscany. It is set in 1 hectare of land and has a 12 x 6 pool.

The main house with tobacco tower measures approximately 300 square metres with a 32 square metre portico off the kitchen and a similarly sized dining area. It consists of three reception rooms, two in the main house on the ground and first floor and one in the tower. There are four bedrooms and four bathrooms.

There are two restored barns; the larger of which is on two floors and measures 120 square metres. Built eleven years ago, it was extended and restored in 2016 and has a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area with a bedroom and bathroom en suite. On the lower ground floor there is an artist's studio with a separate bathroom.

The smaller barn, built four years ago, measures 42 square metres and is currently used as a gym and garage.
