Real Estate Funding Loan Lead Generation Campaign Update
This is an update on the real estate funding and loan lead generation campaign. Still hovering around $3 per lead even after adding the phone number to our Facebook lead ad form!

Usually when you ask for more information upfront from your leads, the higher your lead costs tend to be.
But in this case, our lead costs are actually lower than when we were just asking for name and email!
$3 real estate funding leads! Can't beat that. I believe we're getting people to fill out our surveys at around $9 per lead as well, which is fantastic.
At this point, we have a pretty solid lead generation campaign and shouldn't have a problem continuing to bring leads in.
Now it's about converting those leads and making sure we have automations in place to stay in front of leads that haven't filled out our survey or we haven't been able to contact.
In the video, I show you some sick automations you can set up inside of ActiveCampaign.
One is for leads that have filled out the Facebook lead ad form but haven't filled out the survey yet.
We're sending them emails, but after 5 days, if they still haven't filled out the survey, we send them and automatic text.
For survey leads that we haven't been able to get on the phone, I set up an automation that sends an email and text after 7 days of no contact.
It's freakin' awesome.
