Fresh milk 40ml
Cornstarch 10g｜1Tbsp
Cake flour 45g｜1/3cup
Egg whites 3
Sugar 45g｜6Tbsp

~Salted Cream
Cream cheese 40g｜1/3cup
Sugar 45g｜6Tbsp
Sea salt 2.5g｜1/2tsp
Fresh milk 50ml
Whipping cream 150ml

Almond flake 20g｜1/4cup

Tubepan 16cm

Bake at 160°C｜320°F for 35-40 minutes
