It was Christmas in July at Build-A-Bear Workshops around the country, but not every child got a present. Parents and kids came out in full force for the toy store chain's 'Pay Your Age' deal on July 12th. The younger the child, the more money parents stood to save. Every store had a line of customers out the door and the company shut down the event hours after it started.
