Pregnancy can be overwhelming, but luckily we have so many amazing resources and groups of women to help us along the way! In this video I discuss some things I didn't know before I got pregnant and I wanted to share with you so maybe these things will prepare you for a future pregnancy :) Keep in mind that every pregnancy is unique & you may have a totally different experience! Always ask your doctor what you should be doing for a healthy pregnancy and find what works for you.
