This property goes back in time to the 1900's when a local area doctor owned it. The estate is comprised of vineyards in two AVA's growing Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot and their flagship Voie Dire Cabernet Sauvignon.

The property has been honored by extensive renovation and preservation including the Cole House, which was the doctor's original home and a schoolhouse nearby.

With plenty of outdoor seating, incredible pairing experiences provided by their local catering partner, Theorem Vineyards has it all.
