1.5 lb Green beans
¼ bunch parsley
1 rosemary
Thyme
2 large onions
1lb white mushrooms
2 garlic cloves
6 oz gruyere cheese
½ cup parmesan cheese
1 cup Burgundy wine (dry red wine)

Panko Breadcrumbs:
1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
2 tbsp butter

Bechamel Sauce:
3 tbsp butter
Vegetable oil
3 tbsp flour
2.5 cups milk
1/8 tsp nutmeg
Salt white pepper
