Perfect Egg Salad at Home. Today I will show you how to make egg salad. My egg salad recipe is not like egg salad you get in the deli. My egg salad has a crunch to it, is creamy and absolutely delicious.
I make my egg salad with celery, chives and dill.

8 eggs
2 tbsp Dill
1/3 bunch chives (2tbsp)
1 celery stalk
1/8 tsp paprika
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
¼ cup mayo
