1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp light brown sugar
½ tsp paprika
¼ cup vegetable oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 lime juice
Salt and black pepper
¼ bunch cilantro

Lime Vinaigrette:
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 lime juice
1 tbsp chopped cilantro

6 oz cherry tomatoes
1 red onion
1 bunch lettuce
16 oz mixed greens
2 radishes
8 oz black beans
8 oz corn
6 mini sweet peppers
1/2 avocado
1 tbsp cotija cheese
