My MX5: How to drain the fuel tank (I'm an idiot...)

In this episode we take a look at draining the fuel tank on a Mazda MX-5 (Miata), and hear my sad tale of woe.

What should you do if you accidentally put diesel in your petrol (gas) car? How much diesel in petrol is still safe to drive or run the engine? What is the acceptable amount of diesel in your gas? And what do you need to do to drain the tank of a Mazda MX5 Miata?
