My MX5: Brakes - How to overhaul front and rear and bleed the system

I recently overhauled the brakes on my MX5, replacing the rear discs and pads, putting in new pads on the front and bleeding the system through in order to totally replace the old brake fluid in all the lines. A pretty straightforward job as long as you observe a few tips.

While I was there I also bled the clutch system as well using the same technique, and checked my handbrake adjustment.
