This is (Part-2) Roosevelt House, B.K. Boman Behram Marg, Apollo Bunder, Colaba, South Mumbai.

We continue from the previous part, have a look at the side view of the building.

This end of the building features extensive modifications and extensions to the original structure, but the wooden framed exterior helps in maintaining the vintage look.

There are metal sheets as well in the right middle section which do look a bit off.

I do hope they preserve the building well, and the idea of having NGOs and charitable institutions in old heritage buildings should be pursued by the government.
