BEGINNER SERIES: 20 minute Fat Burning Standing HIIT Workout.

Workout with me! Join me in getting sweaty to this 20 minute Fat burning, standing HIIT workout! This is a bodyweight workout designed to get your heart rate up, increase your fitness levels and burn some serious calories!

Muscles used: Full Body
Time: 20 minutes + warm up and cool down
Equipment: None

Time Stamps:
Warm up: 0:00 - 2:58
Round 1: 2:58 - 7:26
Round 2: 7:26 - 11:45
Round 3: 11:45 - 16:06
Finisher: 16:06 - 17:36
Cool Down: 17:36 - 22:17

Warm up: 20 seconds on / 10 seconds off.
1) Box Shots,
2) Lunge + Knee,
3) Cosack + Crunch,
4) Sumo Circles.

Workout 30 / 10
1) Side steps + arms
2) Side to side boxing
3) Static up + squat
4) Step back + high kick
5) Standing crunch + foot tap
6) Squat Jacks + floor touch
Finisher: Wallballs
Repeat x 3.
