📆 What's on the agenda today:
What I eat for breakfast, 3 ways: ➊ Desperate mode, don't have time, ➋ Have 10 minutes to spare to whip something up quick, ➌ It's a miracle! Woke up feeling *super* well-rested, time to cook up a storm.
Also sharing my go-to spots for lunch near work, learning how to cook meats with my mom, and chatting about how I went from someone who used to get extremely stressed and anxious over food, to someone who appreciates food for what it is: sustenance that we oftentimes take for granted, fuel for our bodies, and opportunities to bond with loved ones—or yourself. :)
I hope with this holiday season approaching, our days are filled with more bonding over food, and less stressing over food. Remember to cherish yourself, cherish time spent with loved ones, and cherish your mind & your beautiful body, because, at the end of the day, it's a blessing to have a functional body and people who love us. 💛
