A healthy SURFING day in the life | what I eat in a day & Brownie Bliss Balls

Happy Sunday! This is my FAVORITE healthy day in the life vlog yet! I take you around Los Cabos, Mexico with me and show you my daily healthy habits to stay lean and strong, what I eat in a day as a surfer, and my favorite healthy Brownie Bliss Ball recipe that's the perfect healthy snack to stay lean and energized!

BROWNIE BLISS BALL RECIPE:
-2 cups rolled oats
-⅓ cup maple syrup or honey
-⅓ cup coconut oil
-1 tbsp vanilla extract
-5 heaping tbsp of peanut butter
-4 heaping tbsp cacao or cocoa powder
-TOPPINGS: you can add anything! Coconut flakes, chopped walnuts, chocolate chips, freeze dried raspberries...

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, spoon onto a plate and freeze for 30 minutes or until solidified. Then, move to a plastic bag and store in the fridge for 4-5 days OR in the freezer for up to 6 months! Comment below if you're going to try making these Brownie Bliss Balls :)
