Lyla June Johnston: On Love and the Four Elements Guiding Her Path in Service

Lyla June Johnston joins Asher Miller for a brief interview to share four key influences on her life journey towards justice and healing of people and planet, and speaks powerfully about love and compassion, even for our "enemies."

Dr. Lyla June Johnston is an Indigenous musician, scholar, and community organizer of Diné (Navajo), Tsétsêhéstâhese (Cheyenne) and European lineages. She blends her study of Human Ecology at Stanford, graduate work in Indigenous Pedagogy, and the traditional worldview she grew up with to inform her music, perspectives and solutions.

We’re excited to welcome Lyla June Johnston as a guest speaker on Tuesday, May 14 for our free online event, Welcome to the Great Unraveling. Register on resilience.org here: https://www.resilience.org/events-welcome-to-the-great-unraveling/
