Tropical Storms Epsilon and 19W form on either side of the globe

Tropical Storm Epsilon developed this morning in the Atlantic. It currently has winds of 45mph, and it is forecast to intensify as it moves northwest toward Bermuda. An out to sea track is forecast after it passes.

19W is approaching Luzon, and will probably make landfall in a few hours. Once the storm reaches the South China Sea, it will probably reach typhoon intensity and reach Vietnam as a weakening typhoon or a strong tropical storm.
