ONLY THREE EXERCISES! My full calisthenics workout routine. Lee Wright

Hi, I’m Lee Wright from the UK. I’m 42yrs old, 6’4” and around 95kg!

So, a few people asked what kind of workout routine I do. Well, I like to keep my training very simple, and try to make it as efficient and as effective as possible.

After using a number of different routines, this is my favourite one, and the one that has been the most productive for me. This routine helped me to get lean and injury free!

I like to focus on basic calisthenic exercises, my favourite exercises are pull-ups, squats and dips. Over 90 percent of training is based on these three exercises. (Whilst I do occasionally do other exercises the core volume of my training is based on those three exercises.)

I do not lift weights, and I do not use any supplements.
