This cardio workout left me sweating like crazy but I must admit... it felt TERRIFIC!!
No equipment is needed, just a willingness to push yourself! Today we will be doing the following:
Jumping Jacks
Hand Walkouts
Kicks
Burpees
Side Lunges
Mountain Climbers
I have just under 39 weeks (271 days until my 30th birthday) to transform my dadbod fat belly into a visible six-pack, hoping to accomplish this goal ASAP though.

I'm Jordan, a proud father of two children, but I have fallen into comfortable habits and become too lazy with my health. This has resulted in a pretty epic dad bod that needs a transformation. Consistency has been lacking in my life; whether I'm ready or not, I need to change.
For many years I have been overweight which has negatively impacted many areas of my life. I used to be obese and weighed over 270 lbs. Now it's time to get SERIOUS, so I am going to complete 11 health challenges. One per month for the remainder of the year. I also just set the goal to transform my dadbod fat belly into a six-pack before my 30th birthday (six-pack by 30).
