PLANKING 30 DAY RESULTS | (Round 2, Realistic Results)

This is the second time I've tried a 30-day plank challenge and the results were amazing: especially when combined with a healthy diet and regular physical activity. Hope you enjoy!

This channel aims to share my health journey with you and make achieving health goals simple and sustainable.

I'm Jordan, a proud father of two children, but I fell into comfortable habits and became too lazy with my health. The result is a pretty epic dad bod that needs a transformation. Consistency has been lacking in my life; whether I'm ready or not, I need to change.

Being overweight for many years has negatively impacted many areas of my life. I used to be obese and weighed over 270 lbs. Now it's time to get SERIOUS, so I am going to complete 11 health challenges. One per month for the remainder of the year. I also just set the goal to transform my dadbod fat belly into a six-pack before my 30th birthday (six-pack by 30).
