Journey To The Stage: Episode 10 - More Food

Week 10 is here and we're starting to really push things now.

All of my meals plus macros are down below:

Meal 1: Egg Whites & Oatmeal
Calories: 385 ~ Carbs: 21g ~ Fat: 15.5 ~ Protein: 35g
276g egg whites
1 cup spinach
1/4 cup tomatoes
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup oats (w/ cinnamon)

Meal 2: Chicken, Asparagus, & Rice
Calories: 218 ~ Carbs: 29g ~ Fat: 0.8g ~ Protein: 26.7g
6 oz Asparagus
1/2 cup Basmati Rice
3 oz Chicken (w/ G Hughes Sauce)

Meal 3: Sweet Potatoes, Broccoli, Cod
Calories: 236 ~ Carbs: 26.7g ~ Fat: 1g ~ Protein: 27.7g
4 oz Cod
1/2 cup Riced Broccoli
4 oz Sweet Potatoes

Meal 4: Ground Beef, Broccoli, White Potatoes
Calories: 250 ~ Carbs: 27.5g ~ Fat: 6g ~ Protein: 21.4g
3 oz Lean Ground Beef
4 tbsp G Hughes Honey BBQ Sauce
1/2 Riced Broccoli
4 oz White Potatoes

Meal 5: Chicken Salad
Calories: 135 ~ Carbs: 5g ~ Fat: 4.3g ~ Protein: 20g
3 oz Chicken
45g Bolthouse Cilantro Avocado Dressing
85g Romaine Lettuce

Meal 6: Chicken & Asparagus
Calories: 111 ~ Carbs: 6g ~ Fat: 0.8 ~ Protein: 24g
3oz Chicken
6 oz Asparagus
