3 tbsp oat flour
1 tbsp coconut flour
1 tbsp runny nut butter ir tahini
1 tbsp maple syrup
Cinnamon
1 1/2 tbsp plant milk
Pinch of salt
Filling:
Applesauce/ vegan butter
Cinnamon
Coconut sugar

carrot cake:
3 tbsp oat flour
1 tbsp almond flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp coconut sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Sprinkle of nutmeng
1 tsp almond butter
1 tbsp apple sauce
2 tbsp plant milk
3 tbsp grated carrot

cereal bar:
3 tbsp crispy cereal
1 tbsp oats
1 tbsp apple sauce
1 tbsp but butter
tsp protein powder or sugar
yogurt frozen fruit

sweet potato brownie
3 tbsp sweet potato
1/4 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp cacao
2 tbsp maple
1 flax egg
tbsp yogurt
1 tbsp almond butter
chcolate chips
