Are you trying to lose belly fat in 7 days? This 7 day AB CHALLENGE is a great place to start. It`s ALL STANDING, KNEE FRIENDLY & EQUIPMENT FREE! Every day, we`ll be doing 9 of the best ab exercises you can do at home to get a flat stomach and shrink belly fat fast. All you have to do is focus on keeping your abs as tight as possible while you are performing the exercises.
Losing stubborn fat around your belly can be a difficult task. However, it can be done by adopting a balanced diet and including a daily exercise routine that will target the abs and help you lose belly fat. Let`s work on getting a slimmer waistline and dropping off the belly fat with this 7 day ab challenge!
There are two ways you can do this challenge to get the best results:
1. If you`re and absolute beginner, you`ll be doing a 7 min workout to lose belly fat for 7 days. Your main focus should be learning how to keep your abs tight (engaged) and build that mind body connection.
2. If you`ve been working out with me for a while, this is how I recommend you do the challenge:
Monday: Day 1
Tuesday: Day 1 + Day 2
Wednesday: Day 1 + Day 2 + Day 3
Thursday: Day 1 + Day 2 + Day 3 + Day 4
Friday: Day 1 + Day 2 + Day 3 + Day 4 + Day 5
Saturday: Day 1 + Day 2 + Day 3 + Day 4 + Day 5 + Day 6
Sunday: Day 1 + Day 2 + Day 3 + Day 4 + Day 5 + Day 6 + Day 7
You can start the challenge on any day of the week. The example above is meant to show you how to do it. You can also take breaks when you need them.
