This short and effective Pilates workout is perfect for days when you want to strengthen the body in a short amount of time. Moving with different weights of resistance bands, it's easy to adjust the weight for each exercise.

This is a total body Pilates workout with a little extra focus on strengthening the muscles since you'll be moving with resistance bands.

Throughout this 20 minute Pilates mat class, I'll offer suggestions for the weight of resistance band to use for each exercise. You can purchase the looped resistance bands that I have using the link below.
