Interview with Ramon Tallaj, MD, founder and chairman of the board of SOMOS’s network of physicians. Dr. Tallaj has led the fight against the coronavirus pandemic in 2020 and 2021 to assist the most vulnerable populations in New York City. SOMOS has more than 2,500 physicians and providers serving close to a million Medicaid beneficiaries in the city, mostly Hispanics, African Americans and Asians who have limited resources.
