Ginataang Alimasag, SIMPOL!

Serves 3 to 4.
INGREDIENTS:
Set A:
2 tablespoons cooking oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup ginger, minced
1 piece small red onion, minced
Salt, to taste
Set B:
1 bunch kangkong (water spinach)leaves
1.5 kilogram medium-sized alimasag (blue crabs)
2 tablespoons vinegar
3 cups coconut milk
Set C:
2 pieces red chilies, sliced
Fish sauce, to taste
