350g - Spaghetti pasta

1 pc - Red onion
1 cup - Ground pork
Salt to taste
2 tbsp - Crab fat (aligue)
1 tbsp - Tomato paste
3 tbsp - Annatto oil
3 cups - Chicken stock
Slurry - (water & cornstarch mixture)
Patis to taste
1/2 cup - Chicharon
2 pcs - Mashed boiled egg
3 tbsp - Calamansi juice

(Garnish)
Chicharon
Cooked shrimp
Cooked squid
1/2 cup - Fried tokwa
2pcs - Sliced egg
Calamansi
Spring onion
