CREAMY SPINACH CHICKEN

500g - Chicken breast fillet
Salt & pepper

Flour for dredging

1 tbsp - Oil
2 tbsp - Butter

2 cloves - garlic
1 pc - Small onion
1 tbsp - Vinegar
Salt to taste
1/4 cup - Pesto sauce
1/4 cup - Blanched spinach
1/2 cup - Cooking cream
1/2 cup - Mozzarella cheese

Garnish:
Lemon wedge

Side:
Mashed potato
