StrongFirst: SFG Level I Kettlebell Technique Testing Standards
StrongFirst Instructor candidates must meet each of these technique standards when testing during the SFG (StrongFirst Girya) Certification, in order to earn the SFG Instructor credential.
The skills tested include:
Swing
Get-Up
Clean
Press
Squat
Snatch
