In-Home Occupational Therapy (OT)

April is National Occupational Therapy Month! Occupational therapists treat injured, ill, or disabled patients through the therapeutic use of everyday activities. OTs help these patients develop, recover, improve, as well as maintain the skills needed for daily living such as bathing, getting dressed, meal prepping, folding laundry, driving, working, and so much more!

Giustina Roselli, OTR/L, is one of Reddy Care's In-Home occupational therapists. In this video, she is having her patient work on safety techniques with hand placement on his walker. He is practicing dynamic standing balance and range of motion (ROM) required for the upper and lower body dressing.
