Resep Spicy Korean Beef dan Veggie Wrap. Kali ini aku akan membuat spicy korean beef. Perpaduan rasa gurih, manis, dn pedas jadi satu. Bisa disajikan dengan nasi maupun veggie wrap sebagai alternatif rendah kalori.
Resep Spicy Korean Beef dan Veggie Wrap (3 pcs)
Spicy korean beef:
300 gr daging sapi iris (short plate)
1 sdm air bawang putih
1 sdm air jahe
1 sdm minyak wijen
1 sdm gochujang
2 sdt kecap ikan
1 ½ sdm madu
2 sdt cabai bubuk
½ siung bawang bombai, iris
2 cabai merah, iris
1 batang daun bawang, iris
Veggie wrap:
6 lembar romaine lettuce
½ buah kyuri, iris
½ buah wortel, iris
50 gr kimchi
½ buah kol ungu, iris
20 gr almond sangrai, cincang
9 lembar vietnamese rice paper wrapper (diameter 18)
Peanut sesame dips:
1 sdm peanut butter
1 sdm wijen, haluskan
1 sdm cuka beras
1 sdm minyak wijen
2 sdm madu / agave syrup / gula palem
1 sdm kecap asin
½ sdm air bawang putih
½ sdm air jahe
Air secukupnya
Lainnya:
Nasi putih
Langkah:
1. Campurkan daging dengan bumbu marinasi, aduk rata kemudian sisihkan
2. Panaskan pan kemudian tuang minyak, masukkan daging lalu aduk-aduk
3. Masukkan irisan bawang bombai, cabai merah dan daun bawang, masak hingga matang lalu sisihkan
4. Spicy korean beef dapat langsung disajikan dengan nasi putih
5. Untuk membuat spicy korean beef veggie wrap, rendam kyuri yang sudah diiris di dalam air es
6. Siapkan 3 lembar vietnamese rice paper wrapper, lap dengan tisu / lap bersih menggunakan air hangat kemudian letakkan dua lembar romaine lettuce di atasnya, taruh wortel, kyuri dan kol ungu iris kemudian letakkan spicy korean beef, kimchi dan almond cincang lalu gulung perlahan dan padatkan
7. Untuk peanut dipping sauce, campurkan semua bahan lalu tambahkan air sesuai kekentalan saus yang diinginkan
8. Sajikan spicy korean beef veggie wrap dengan peanut dipping sauce atau saus cocolan lain sesuai selera

This time, I’m making Spicy Korean Beef. It’s a combination of savory, sweet, and spicy flavors. You can serve it with rice or a Veggie Wrap as a low-cal alternative.
Spicy Korean Beef and Veggie Wrap Recipe (3 pcs)
Spicy Korean Beef:
300 g sliced beef (short plate)
1 tbsp garlic liquid
1 tbsp ginger liquid
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp gochujang
2 tsp fish sauce
1½ tbsp honey
2 tsp chili powder
½ pc onion, sliced
2 pc red chili, sliced
1 pc green onion, sliced
Veggie Wrap:
6 pc romaine lettuce
½ pc Japanese cucumber (Kyuri), sliced
½ pc carrot, sliced
50 g kimchi
½ pc purple cabbage, sliced
20 g toasted almonds, chopped
9 pc Vietnamese Rice Paper Wrapper (18-cm diameter)
Sesame Peanut Dip:
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp sesame seeds, grounded
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp honey / agave syrup / palm sugar
1 tbsp soy sauce
½ tbsp garlic liquid
½ tbsp ginger liquid
Water, as needed
Others:

Steps:
1. Combine the beef with the marinating ingredients. Mix well and set aside.
2. Heat the pan and add some oil. Add the beef in and stir.
3. Add the sliced onion, red chili, and green onion. Cook until done and set aside.
4. Spicy Korean Beef can be served as is with warm rice.
5. To make the Spicy Korean Beef Veggie Wrap, soak the sliced kyuri in an ice bath.
6. Prepare 3 pieces of Vietnamese Rice Paper Wrapper. With a clean tissue / cloth dipped in warm water, wipe the rice paper. Place two pieces of romaine lettuce on top, then arrange the sliced carrot, kyuri, and purple cabbage. Add the Spicy Korean Beef, kimchi, and chopped almonds. Roll slowly and compactly.
7. For the Peanut dipping sauce, mix all the ingredients and add some water until you reach the desired thickness.
8. Serve the Spicy Korean Beef Veggie Wrap with the Sesame Peanut dip or other sauces you like.
