These works stem from the monumental series of the Amduat and are explorations into the mysterious world of the Duat which lies beyond the limits of our sensual perception and understanding. Painted with acrylic and pure gold leaf, they attempt to capture some of the magical aspects of the ancient sacred mysteries that are eternally safeguarded by the inhabitants of the Duat.
