Table Apron Jig for Dado Mortises
Make your mortise and tenons in the same time it takes to sharpen a chisel. Why not give yourself a pay raise? This joinery method combined with pocket screws has been very reliable and profitable for my business for the past 12 years... and it does not require a big investment in machinery, only 2 basic woodworking tools: table saw and router. In this demonstration, I make a jig for an 8" curve with 8" dado stack. However, a smaller 6" stack dado will work better because the curve is shorter.
