Vipassanā Meditation: Guided Meditation for Beginners; Meditate daily
This meditation video was developed by a group of meditation teachers who teach meditation in the Plum Village and Insight Meditation traditions. You can gradually increase the time you meditate using the other, longer, videos on this channel. Most experienced lay practitioners find it useful to practice between 45 to 60 minutes a day.
