Why is the bladed jig so effective?! It's not just the flash and thump, but also the multiple undulations of the skirt-- akin to twitching a swim jig over 30 times a second! I slow down the action of a strike to see how bass attack this bait, all in an effort to better understand how to increase the hook up ratio. The great Rick Clunn takes a moment away from winning Elite tournaments to shed some light on how he keeps these fish buttoned up (...and how fishing and Zen meditation are not that different).
