The craziest blind travel Adventure with amazing assistance! Part two! I did it!
What a crazy and fun adventure this was!!! Did it make you tired?? LOL
If you haven't figured this out yet, I am 100% completely blind and have no light perception. This is part two of my travel adventure to Disneyland! If you missed part one I am linking it below.
As you will see/hear in this video, I have so many obstacles I have to overcome to get to my destination. Even though it can be very stressful and challenging to navigate in unfamiliar environments, I thoroughly enjoy the journey! I never know what challenges I will encounter, but I know God is always leading and guiding me and putting amazing angels in my path. I am so blessed for all the amazing assistance I received on this trip, and because I made the choice to have fun in spite of dealing with the chaos and stress, you know, I think this adventure was even more exciting than Disneyland!
You may have heard me say before, I look at my challenges as a fun game I'm going to win! And it is so true!!! When you face your obstacles with positivity, faith, and joy, the outcome can turn out amazingly sweet!
PS. I want to give a shout out to Marquan!!! He truly made that five hour layover in Phoenix less stressful and so much fun! I always have fun on my adventures, but when you meet somebody who enjoys them with you, it's even that much more amazing!!
In addition to this adventure being extremely challenging, and me overcoming my challenges and winning through my determination, strength, faith, and joy, another great challenge I had was editing all of my footage to make this extremely long difficult vlog.
I film, produce, and edit all of my videos 100% blind through my voiceover accessibility software on my iPhone. This vlog alone had 29 separate clips I had to trim to make into one movie. I edit and trim the clips in my camera app only through sound, then I piece them all together in iMovie. Oh my goodness, this has taken me so long to get done, but just like the adventure gave me a sense of a great accomplishment, editing and creating this video strengthened and encouraged me even more then just the adventure itself! I don't ever say these things to brag on myself, but I want the world to know that even without eyesight, one can accomplish so much... beyond what eyes can see, and what minds can even imagine!
Always remember you don't have to have eyesight to have vision!!!
