Hey! I am Pierre-Christian Brochet. I am French and for 25 years I have been crossing that huge country called Russia. What thrills me the most is the richness and variety of the cultures which are spread across the territory. That’s what I’m going to tell you about in very short films that portray one of the many faces of Russia’s cultures.

Most of the young designers look for new ideas and new sources of inspiration. When I travel through Russia, I always discover many different peoples that still wear their traditional costumes. It may inspire you as well!
In the Kemerovo region in South West Siberia lives the Teleut native people.
In this video you will discover their national costumes, their wedding dresses, the exceptional “Techtek” and even the spiritual connection to their clothing! Enjoy!
