High skips - 40 yards
Buttkickers - 40 yards
High Knees - 40 yards
Open the Gate/Groin - 20 yards
Close the Gate/Groin - 20 yards
Side to Side - 20 yards each side
Forward/Backward Runs (10 yards forward, 5 yards back) - 40 yards
10 Squat Jumps
Dynamic Walking Quad Stretch (10 yards)
Dynamic Walking Hamstring Stretch (10 yards)
Dynamic Walking Knee to Chest (10 yards)
