In this video, I want to give you guys my FULL daily training schedule broken down into two example days. The first full day schedule is a busier day with cardio, weights, three meals, training, foam rolling, yoga, physical therapy, and work. The second full day schedule is a lighter day with just light warm up, yoga, mobility, foam rolling, stretching, a little tight space training, a lot of work, and three meals as well.
I hope that by showing you what I do every day it helps you plan out your daily training schedules to become a professional soccer player/footballer! Best of luck.
Essentially we are following Matt Sheldon's daily schedule. Showing you his exact soccer training sessions, his workouts, his weight lifting/weight training programs, his diet/nutrition, and mentality as he progresses through his first professional offseason. We want you guys, to be able to learn, be inspired by these videos, to gather information from quality professional level training sessions and to apply this knowledge to your own life.
