Fun Yoga Transitions with Johnny La Pasta

Sharing a handful of my favorite creative, challenging, and fun yoga transitions that I have incorporated into my Vinyasa flow classes. These transitions have received a lot of positive feedback from students and teachers alike.
In this tutorial, I will teach you how to perform and cue these transitions so you can try them on for your own practice and teaching!
Transitions Include:
- Wide Legged Forward Fold to Boat Pose
- Chair Pose to Airplane Pose
- Giva Squat to Crescent Plane
- Revolved Lunge to Warrior 2
- Revolved Lunge to Crescent Lunge
- Revolved Lunge to One Legged Mountain
- High Plank to Side Plank Extended Bottom Leg
- One Legged Mountain to Standing Splits
- Side Lunge to Warrior 2
- Dancing Shiva to Revolved Half Moon
