Chulitos de Yuca Dominicano | Arepitas de Yuca con Queso | Fried Yuca Recipes |Chef Zee Cooks

Today we're making Chulitos Dominicanos which are Dominican Style Arepitas de Yuca stuffed with cheese! I use the same frying cheese that I love having with Dominican Mangu. These delicious yuca cassava fritters are a great appetizer for family gatherings and the holidays! This easy Dominican recipe is also vegetarian, which is a huge plus! 2 Fresh Yucas
½ cup Frying Cheese
1 tsp Sugar
1 ½ tsp Anise Seeds
1 ½ tsp Salt or to Taste
2 Eggs
