In this short video I’m going to show you how I typically start my day through a series of simple and easy tricks and tips. Our skin is exposed to so many toxins on a day to day basis and it’s our largest organ so I feel it’s extremely important to spend a few minutes a day, morning and night if possible, doing these simple tips to really get your skin looking firmer, and having that beautiful glow throughout the day.
Over 500 chemicals touch our skin on average every single day, so detoxing our skin should be a priority. Wake up and have a bright luminous glow using this very simple routine. Some of these tips include using a dry brush, detoxing, opening up the lymphs, detoxing from the pollutants in the air that we are exposed to. I also believe in the importance of facial massage and using upward circular motion and how effective it is for reducing inflammation, essentially relaxing and draining the puffiness that can accumulate, especially around the eyes.
