Deadlift Series #11: Shin Angle While Deadlifting

There are a lot of different cues to focus on when you are building a technical deadlift setup. Everything starts through the floor, so the positioning of your feet, ankles, and shins are going to determine where the bar starts and how your body positions around that point. Starting with a vertical shin angle can set you up for a more consistent, stable pull while building tension in the hips and maintaining a more upright positoin.
