Level THREE | ALL standing, NO squats, NO equipment | BURN 150 - 200 calories

This great KNEE FRIENDLY cardio HIIT is LOW IMPACT (that means no jumping!), all standing and we aren't doing any squats! Oh, but we are getting your heart rate UP and burning about 200 calories in just under 20 minutes.
