Stuck shutter and other details in Nikkormat FT (maybe broken parts..) PART 1

In this PART 1, The shutter was really stuck in this old Nikkormat FT, and film advance was also stuck and could not move.
I guess that there was some broken parts, but it looks like some of the small gears are corroded and stuck.

BEFORE take off the mirror house from the front, It's IMPORTANT to set a small mark on the front at the 2 gear wheels under the little brass plate, set the exposure wheel at 1/1000
.

I did a mistake because I would think that I would need to remove the advance schaft and the big head screw in the buttom end of the schaft to take out the top of the advance gear.

In the next part (PART 2) I will show that I found out that one gear wheel need some cleaning and lubrication so I hope it will run smooth again.

BECAUSE it was more easy to take out the little lock pin on the side of the advance schaft, and then take out all the parts of the advance assembly from the top. Then it was easy to get into the gears that was stuck.
